Description

Uniflon 53 is a non-asbestos sheet sealing material manufactured of bi-axially oriented PTFE and barium sulphate as the filler.

Application

Uniflon 53 is suitable for all chemical media across the entire pH range (0 to 14). Uniflon 53 is designed especially for hydrofluoric acid, however not applicable for pure liquid hydrogen fluoride. It may be used additionally for alkalis, solvents, fuels and chlorine, in the scope of:
